1. Information Collected About You


1.1. Welcome to the privacy policy of the website Zu - Consulting (the “Website”) operated by Zu-Consulting, identification number 515968030, Email irit@zu-consulting,com, Tel +972-585425985 (the “Operators”).


1.2. The provisions of this privacy policy shall apply to any service operated by the Operators in any media, including, without limitation: via chat, artificial intelligence, or any digital platform or media.


2. You are not required to provide us with the information detailed in this privacy policy. Providing the information depends on your will and consent. However, if you do not provide up-to-date contact details, you will not be able to register for the Website or for our other services and you will not be able to make purchases from it. In addition, you acknowledge that deletion or modification of information about you is possible only subject to the limitations of the various service providers that we use.


3. Therefore, we may not be able to honor requests to update or delete information in certain ways without ceasing to provide you services. If such a case occurs, we will notify you.


4. Artificial Intelligence


4.1. The Operators may operate part of their services by means of artificial intelligence (such as by means of a chatbot). The user is aware, and agrees, that with any use by him of artificial-intelligence tools, information about him may be collected by the entity operating the artificial intelligence, and in this regard the provisions of the privacy policy of that entity alone shall apply. By using the Operators’ services, the user declares that he agrees to the collection of information as stated about him, and he declares that he will have no claim, demand, or suit against the Operators for any act or omission of the entity operating the artificial intelligence.

Use of the Website: General
4.3. Use of the Website, including browsing it, requires the provision of information, including personal information, by users, as detailed below.


4.4. Use of the Website will be possible without registration, but registration may be required in the future, or registration may be required in order to receive certain services.

5. To Whom We May Transfer the Information


5.1. The Website Operators may process information or part of it by means of external suppliers who provide various services for the management of their business, such as:
5.1.1. Entities engaged in cloud storage, for the purpose of storing the information;
5.1.2. Entities engaged in managing mailing lists and carrying out distributions by various means, as required for managing the mailing lists or carrying out the said distribution;
5.1.3. Entities engaged in statistical analysis of marketing or commercial activity, including Google, Meta, TikTok, etc., as detailed below;
5.1.4. Entities that provide artificial-intelligence services, as required solely for the use of their services;
5.1.5. Other suppliers who provide various services intended to ensure the proper operation of the Website Operators’ business, all as required solely for the provision of their services.


6. Manner of Use of the Information


6.1. The information collected about you will be used by the Website, inter alia:
6.1.1. In order to improve the users’ browsing experience, the advertisements displayed on the Website and on other platforms, as well as promotions, offers, and benefits, including tailoring these to your preferences;
6.1.2. For improving and streamlining the relationship with users of the Website;
6.1.3. For marketing and commercial purposes (including focused and user-tailored marketing);
6.1.4. For commercial and statistical purposes, including providing statistical information (that does not characterize the specific user) to third parties;
6.1.5. Fraud prevention, operation, security, and detection of unlawful activity;
6.1.6. Any action arising from or related to the actions stated above, all in accordance with the provisions of the law;
6.1.7. An identification number (for example, ID number) may be required for payment verification and will be stored under the order details or a specific card designated for the customer, and may appear on invoices, order forms, and similar documents related to the Operator’s commercial relationship with the customer;
6.1.8. Without derogating from the above, subject to providing contact details on the Website, the Operators may send, by email and\or by means of text messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other means of communication you provide, information regarding services as well as marketing and promotional information of the Operators and\or of third parties. The user will be entitled to cancel his consent at any time and cease receiving such information by means of an “unsubscribe” button that will appear at the bottom of the message or by any other method permitted by law.


7. Pixel (PIXEL)


7.1. The Website uses, or reserves the right to use, technology known as “Pixel”. The Pixel is a software component installed on the Website, which enables identification of the user profile who browsed the Website on platforms managed by META for the purpose of displaying advertising to the user while he is on those platforms. Such identification and the display of advertising are carried out by META, in accordance with its terms of use and privacy policy.

8. Cookies


8.1. The Website uses, or reserves the right to use at any time, technology of Cookies.


8.2. Cookies, in general, are text files that the user’s browser creates according to an instruction from the Website’s computers, and which contain information.


8.3. Some of the cookies will expire when you close the browser and others are saved on your computer’s hard drive.


8.4. The cookies contain various information such as the pages you visited, the time you stayed on the Website, where you came from to the Website, sections and information that the user requests to see upon entering the Website, and more. 9.2. For the purpose of transferring them to various suppliers in order to complete the purchase action performed by the user on the Website and\or to provide customer service;

The above shall not derogate from the Operators’ right to transfer to third parties information that is not personal, which does not identify you by your name and\or your identification details directly. You acknowledge that certain third parties such as META will have the ability to cross-reference information received from the Website, inter alia by means of the PIXEL, in order to identify you by means of your user profile on its platforms.


10. Digital Invoice


10.1. The Operators reserve the right to send you digital invoices to the contact details you provided to them. The Operators will store the information regarding the invoice and process it in accordance with the Website’s policy as it may be from time to time.


11. Data Security


11.1. The confidentiality of the data provided by users of the Website is preserved while taking customary precautions. However, the user is aware that it is not possible to prevent disruptions on the Website absolutely, and it is clarified that, inter alia, in cases not under the Operators’ control or resulting from force majeure, the Website may not operate properly and without any interruption, and\or the Website and\or the data collected and\or provided as stated above may not be absolutely immune to unauthorized access and\or intrusion into the Website’s databases, and the user is aware that the Operators will not bear liability for any damage and\or loss, direct or indirect, of any kind, caused as a result of this, including due to an invasion of privacy.


12. Contact Regarding Privacy


12.1. You, or anyone on your behalf, are entitled to review information about you that is held on the Website or by its Operators and even request to correct it if it is not correct, complete, or accurate. To exercise this right, a written request must be sent as detailed below.
